This simple adapter allows you to use Canon EOS lenses (both digital and film) on your Sony Alpha NEX E mount camera.  This is an economical version without anchoring for tripods.

It is an accessory that adapts the mount from a mechanical point of view.  Any automatic feature that requires an electronic connection between the lens and body is not possible.

 

Does not allow control of the aperture which is electronic on the Canon EOS.  More appropriate to use manual lenses in combination with another adapter.

IMPORTANT:

Configure your camera to use the adapter

(menu)->(adjust)->(release without lens)-> enable

use mode A or M only
