This simple adapter allows the iuse of Minolta MD lenses on your Sony-A camera. As the difference between the image plane and lens are different on both mounts, the device incorporates a correction lens allowing you to focus to infinity with out problems. The adapter increases the focal length as a teleconverterto 1.25x.

It is an accessory that adapts the mounts from a mechanical point of view. You can only use it in M mode on the majority of Sony cameras. It is not possible to have autofocus or automatic diaphragm closure. The focus and aperture must be operated manually on the lens.
