This simple adapter allows the use of Contax / Yashica manual focus lenses on your Sony Alpha NEX E mount camera.  NOT FOR AUTOFOCUS LENSES.

 

Sony Alpha NEX-3, NEX-5, NEX-C3, NEX-5N, NEX-7, A7, A6000, A7II

 

It is an accessory that adapts the mount from a mechanical point of view.  Any automatic feature that requires an electronic connection between the lens and body is not possible.

The bracket has a 1/4 " thread and a height of 18 mm.

 

IMPORTANT:

Configure your camera to use the adapter

(menu)->(adjust)->(release without lens)-> enable 

use mode A or M only
